What is TBB?

The Ballet Bod (TBB) is a readily-accessible, ballet-fitness program for women who want to attain the ballet body look. The ballet body is lean, strong and most importantly feminine. Elegant shoulders, streamlined arms, strong core, sculpted derriere, and of course long, lean legs is what TBB envisions for women across the globe. A graceful body that matches a gracious heart within.
