  • How much is the App?
    • USD80 for video-only of our 12 week program on our Webapp, Android Play Store and the US-only Apple App Store
  • Apple Users: I do not reside in the US. In what currency will Apple charge my transaction? 
    • Outside the US Apple App Store, you will be charged by Apple in your local currency. The exchange rate, and any fees associated with the transfer, are managed by Apple in this instance
  • Non-US Apple Users: Where should I buy the App then?
    • We highly recommend that non-US-based Apple users purchase our app via our webapp (on your laptop) because it is usually more cost effective for our worldwide clients
    • On the webapp, the payment of USD80 can be made via your credit card and so the transaction and currency exchange costs are carried by your financial institution

  • Non-US Apple Users: Why is it more expensive to pay via Apple directly?
    • Apple adds a premium (an additional amount) for cross-currency purchases

  • I purchased the App, why can I only download Week 1's full video?
    • Our ballet fitness program is designed with progressive technique. So it is important to us that each week is completed to ensure that clients have developed the skill, strength and flexibility to move onto the next week's workout
  • Purchased user: when will I get access to Week 2's full video?
    • You will gain access to the following week's full video, after one week has lapsed
  • Purchased user: will I get to keep all 12 week's worth of videos after 12 weeks has lapsed?
    • Yes! You can repeat The Ballet Bod program on your 3 registered devices for as long as you like
