Do I need to use extra equipment?
Yes and no - we strongly recommend our clients to use additional, strap-on equipment (click to open page) which are great for toning the body faster and beneficial for maximising your Ballet Bod workout. But if you prefer not to, you can still do the program just using your own body weight!
