What can I expect with The Ballet Bod Digital Program?

  • Easy to follow 12 Week workout videos with audio cues
  • 12 Weekly Nutrition Guides with corresponding Shopping Lists available for additional purchase
  • All the 12 Week program videos, guides, shopping lists are available for as long as you want! *subject to app T&Cs and privacy policy
  • Each workout is 27mins long - with HIIT training and Ballerina stretches
  • Designed and tested progressive training to increase skill level week by week
  • Intended to be repeated 4 times a year at no extra cost to you! *subject to app T&Cs and privacy policy

Do I need to use extra equipment?

Yes and no - we strongly recommend our clients to use additional, strap-on equipment (click to open page) which are great for toning the body faster and beneficial for maximising your Ballet Bod workout. But if you prefer not to, you can still do the program just using your own body weight!
